We are extremely happy with the care provided by Eaglesvale . Ellen has gone above & beyond in rehabilitating our Mum/Gran back to her potential.
The consistency provided had been excellent & the care is delivered in a person-centered way e.g. if Mum/Gran has a family outing, the staff will support

her with make up, smart clothing, etc.
When we have needed to change times of calls to accommodate events, this is no problem & something that was missing with the previous care provider &

something we really value.
Ellen & team are able to identify any health issues & action them. The communication with the rest of the family is excellent.
We are very happy knowing that Mum/Gran is well cared for & safe.

... They made mums birthday very special. They walked through the door in the morning with the biggest bunch of flowers and a present. They made her hair beautiful put her make up on and carefully selecting the right outfit so I could take her out.
